First Job in Mosaic ITES Services

First job, I was studying in NVTI and after final Exam i have created a Resume and updated it on Naukari.com, one day i got call for Job interview (Fresher), as i have no idea about any job as a Girl i was fearing that my parents will be allowed for this or not. But I thought let's go for an interview, i went for an interview with Mosaic ITES services, it was very near my Home (1km). 

Process of interview was:-

1. HR

2. Team leader Round

3. System Test

After completing all 3 rounds, HR has asked me for joining time, I have taken 1 week to join as I have to take permission from my parents.

I came back home and informed my parents about the Job, their reaction was positive, and they allowed me to join the company.

I have joined the company after 1 week, HR has told me to sign some papers and submit the required documents.

Started Induction session, after finishing it, my team leader taught me the work process  as I was fresher, so all things were taught to me before allocating the work.

There environment was very friendly and co-operative, company provided me so many trainings of new things and learn there so many things after long time i was decided to switch the company in order to learn something new. So I started searching for a new job and got a call from a Company then I resigned.

After serving a 15 days notice period, my company gave me a Surprise farewell party, all team members gathered and wished me a bright future and success, was so awesome. I will Never Forget this memory.
