Expression: When there is someone who is working with negativity, it is natural to get caught up with that. But when one's heart is free from negative feelings and emotions, especially for the person concerned, it becomes easy for others to take benefit from one's own positivity. Words and actions are only those that are beneficial for the other person.
Experience: My positivity keeps me free from blaming others and enables me to be rich with the variety of experiences that I get. Also others are able to find a safe harbour in me, which gives an environment for the other person's growth. Along with my own progress, I become instrumental for the progress and well-being of those around me too.

As with feelings, when emotions are aroused, there are physical changes inside the body in the form of chemical and electrical activity. In fact, strong emotions don’t just affect the body; they also have an impact on the soul. When the soul suffers emotional trauma, from which there is lasting impact, the emotional trauma brings about an immense strain on the brain and body. Brain chemical production is likely to be affected, and there may also be feelings of depression and tiredness. But the real trauma at the root of these physical effects is at a deeper level within the soul itself, and the resulting emotional sensitivity will also arise from the soul.

After two and a half years at Mosaic ITES Services Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, where I was employed from July 2008 to February 2011, I made the decision to explore new opportunities.
I have joined vAngelz Technologies Pvt Ltd, a UK-based firm specializing in mobile phone portal. My interview process, which lasted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, was thorough, and I officially commenced my role on March 26, 2017. While the commute to the office is quite far and involves dealing with heavy rush, I've found the professional environment at vAngelz Technologies to be excellent. To bring knowledge into practice is to ensure success.
Projection: Most of the times, theory and practice become two different things in our lives. We know a lot of things, but we do not bring that into our practical lives. We only tend to talk about it to those around. So our valuable thoughts are wasted, creating a habit of wastage.
Solution: I have to make effort for myself. I need to start applying into practice what is good and worthy. The first step is to understand. Having understood I need to sustain these thoughts by bringing them to action. Not only will my life will be enriched, but also will there be power in my every thought.

The one who has the power of truth is the one who can tolerate.
Projection: When someone disbelieves me I usually tend to argue back and try to prove my point to the others but find that I am not able to convince them. Yet I find that the more I talk the less I am listened to. And I only end up getting frustrated.
Solution: When someone challenges the truth of my words, I need to check within myself if there is something that I can correct or learn. When I learn to do this, instead of being stubborn with what I have to say or blaming others, I find it easy to tolerate.
Feelings change intentions, thus changing actions too
Projection: Sometimes we are caught up with negative feelings like jealousy or hatred towards another person. These feelings naturally create misunderstanding and conflict. Even if the other person has a good feeling while doing something, a negative intention is attributed and this naturally changes one’s own behaviour or response making it negative too.
Solution: Instead of being caught up with negative feelings, I need to wear the glasses of seeing speicialties. Like the one who wears coloured glasses sees everything to be of that particular colour, I too will then see only the specialities in others. This will help me to free my mind of negativity and I will start behaving positively with others too.
My First Job
My First Job - Mosaic ITES services:-
One day i have got a call from Mosaic ITES services for
interview and I have scheduled it on next day. This office was closed to my
home, after finish HR round and Technical round was selected there. Got join
letter on dated 14 of July. I was very excited
to do the job, office time was 9.30 to 5.30 and I reached there at 9 am. First day
finished with induction and introduction.
Second day - My TL was Imtiyaz Khan. He teaches me about the
works and allocated the works to do. I was stated work with him guidance, I was
very shy, I didn't talk to anybody even I didn't Had my lunch. After some time
my 2 collage friends joined there from my reference.
After one year I was promoted as a SEO Technical. It was
very challenging designation for me. I started hard work and learn more and
more. After done 1.5 years at this designation I was looking to change the
company. Changed and joined another company.
